Key Accountability Areas:

• Administration and maintenance of IT services.
• Identification and troubleshooting of IT systems.
• Technical support for users.
• Following maintenance procedures.
• Monitoring the work of service contractors.
• Maintaining up-to-date operational documentation.

Requirements: 

• University degree;
• At least 2 years’ work experience accordance to professional competences.

Professional competences (mandatory):

• Knowledge of the principles of building corporate services based on Microsoft software. Experience in AD administration, network-wide services (DNS, DHCP, PKI), printing service, Exchange, SQL.  Basic programming skills.
• Knowledge of the LAN construction theory. Introduction to the Cisco product line in the LAN area. Experience in administering Cisco equipment.
• Knowledge of the basic principles of virtual environments. Practical knowledge and experience in administering virtual infrastructures based on VMware technologies.
• Support and maintenance of user workstations.

Professional competences (preferable):

• Experience in SharePoint administration.
• Knowledge and understanding of the principles and technologies of building and SCS for data centers.  Experience in maintaining SCS elements.

Business skills: ability to operate in accordance with corporate standards, policies and methodologies.

Personal qualities: responsible, punctual, strong personal motivation, ability to resolve arising issues independently.
