TIPS

Technical Information Protection System (TIPS, Ukrainian: KTZI) is a set of technical means and organizational measures aimed at preventing data leakage, unauthorized access, modification, or destruction of information in information and telecommunication systems. TIPS includes cryptographic protection, access control, protection of data transmission channels, security event monitoring, and physical protection of infrastructure, and is integrated with the organization’s information security policies. The system is designed based on threat analysis, identification of critical assets, and implementation of protection mechanisms in accordance with regulatory requirements.

In practical implementation, TIPS is used to protect government information resources, corporate systems, and critical infrastructure, where requirements for confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data are essential. Implementation involves designing the security architecture, conducting testing, performing compliance audits, and continuously monitoring the effectiveness of security controls. System operation includes regular updates of components, incident analysis, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements in the field of technical information protection.
