Responsibilities:

• Ensuring compliance with applicable legislation of Ukraine and the European Union (EU regulations, including DORA, regulations of the National Bank of Ukraine, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Ukrainian laws, etc.).
• Monitoring changes in Ukrainian and EU legislation and providing explanations and advisory support to internal stakeholders.
• Ensuring that the Company’s activities and documentation comply with regulatory requirements (obtaining permits, inclusion in official registers/lists, preparation and submission of regulatory reports).
• Coordinating cooperation with Company departments regarding regulatory compliance matters.
• Contractual work, including drafting, reviewing, and approving contracts and addenda.
• Interaction with regulatory and supervisory authorities (official communication, responses to inquiries, participation in inspections and audits).

Key Requirements:

• Higher education.
• Relevant professional experience in compliance, regulatory, or legal roles.
• Knowledge of applicable legislation and its practical application.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Practical experience in drafting legal and regulatory documentation.

Additional Advantage:

• Experience working with regulatory documentation governing critical infrastructure facilities and an understanding of the practical application of such requirements (interaction with sectoral and functional authorities, regulatory reporting, support during inspections).
• Experience with information and communication systems (ICS) authorization processes, and knowledge of baseline, target, and sector-specific security profiles for confidential information and information for official use.
