We are looking for an experienced System Administrator who will ensure the stable operation of the IT infrastructure, implement new systems, and provide high-quality technical support to users.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring the uninterrupted operation and administration of the company’s IT infrastructure.
• Implementing new IT systems.
• Providing technical support to users and performing scheduled maintenance procedures.

Required Professional Competencies

• Understanding of the principles of building corporate services based on Microsoft software solutions.
• Hands-on experience administering Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, Remote Desktop Services, print services, and on-premises Microsoft Exchange.
• Strong understanding of LAN design principles.
• Familiarity with Cisco’s LAN product portfolio and experience administering Cisco network equipment.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience providing user support and configuring office equipment, including computers, phones, printers, and scanners.
• Experience developing and maintaining operational documentation, including technical procedures, network diagrams, system diagrams, and CMDB records, as well as user documentation.

Preferred Professional Competencies

• Experience administering on-premises SharePoint, on-premises Project Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft DPM, PKI, and ManageEngine solutions.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365.
• Experience administering Unix-based operating systems and web servers.
• Understanding of the key principles of virtualized environments.
• Knowledge of structured cabling system design principles and technologies, as well as experience maintaining structured cabling system components.
• Understanding of project management fundamentals and ITIL practices.
• Basic programming skills.

Requirements

• At least two years of relevant professional experience.
• Higher education degree.

• Official employment in accordance with the Labour Code of Ukraine.
• An officially declared salary.
• Working hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
