Key Responsibilities

• Operate and continuously monitor cooling systems in a data center, including chilled water systems, air conditioning, and ventilation, ensuring their proper functioning 24/7.
• Monitor compliance with maintenance schedules and procedures. Oversee third-party service contractors. Assist with troubleshooting, equipment repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Analyze the root causes of equipment and system failures.
• Assist in developing preventive maintenance schedules and carrying out preventive maintenance activities.
• Collect information required to prepare invoices for consumables and spare parts.

Requirements

• Higher or secondary technical education.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Technical Skills and Competencies

• Knowledge of technical standards, guidelines, and other documentation related to the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of chiller–fan coil cooling systems.
• Experience with industrial refrigeration equipment, particularly chillers, and the ability to organize and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Experience with the maintenance of pumping stations, heat exchangers, and shut-off valves in industrial facilities, including the ability to organize and carry out maintenance work.
• Experience with heating and ventilation systems, including the ability to organize maintenance activities and operate related equipment.
• Experience organizing and carrying out air conditioning system maintenance, installation, and repair.
• Experience installing and commissioning multi-zone air conditioning systems.
• Experience with the maintenance and operation of automation and control systems for heating, ventilation, and cooling equipment.

• Official employment in accordance with the Labour Code of Ukraine.
