Основні обов’язки

• Виявлення, аналіз та документування бізнес-вимог.
• Опис існуючих і проєктування нових бізнес-процесів компанії.
• Моделювання бізнес-процесів у нотаціях BPMN та UML.
• Участь у проєктах із доопрацювання наявних інформаційних систем та впровадження нових рішень.
• Підготовка та ведення проєктної, внутрішньої й зовнішньої технічної документації.
• Перевірка та приймання функціональності, реалізованої внутрішніми командами розробки або зовнішніми підрядниками.
• Підготовка користувацьких інструкцій та участь у навчанні кінцевих користувачів.

Обов’язкові вимоги

• Досвід роботи у сфері бізнес-аналізу від 1 року.
• Базові знання методології та принципів бізнес-аналізу.
• Розуміння життєвого циклу розробки програмного забезпечення (SDLC).
• Досвід формування функціональних та нефункціональних вимог.
• Навички підготовки Use Case та User Story.
• Практичне знання нотацій BPMN та UML.
• Розуміння принципів та методологій Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Вища освіта.
