Key Responsibilities

• Define and legally structure models for implementing international projects, including the launch of infrastructure sites in EU countries, cross-border payment arrangements, procurement, import, and deployment of equipment.
• Cooperate with external legal and tax advisers: define practical assignments, review and critically assess legal memoranda and opinions, and adapt proposed solutions to the company’s actual business processes.
• Provide legal support for international contracts related to the procurement of server and network equipment, including Incoterms 2020, transfer of title, allocation of risks, warranties, and liability of the parties.
• Provide contractual support for cooperation with international logistics providers and customs brokers in connection with the import, export, and transit of assets within EU countries.
• Structure and review agreements with international data centers, including equipment colocation, related services, and SLA terms.
• Draft, review, and update intercompany agreements between group companies, including arrangements between Cyprus and Ukraine, taking into account transfer pricing principles and the actual service delivery model.
• Provide basic corporate legal support to the group’s non-resident companies, participate in compliance procedures, including KYC, and ensure the completeness of supporting documentation for foreign economic transactions for IFRS audit purposes.
• Assess the legal, tax, and regulatory implications of cross-border transactions and contribute to developing solutions aimed at mitigating the associated risks.

Candidate Requirements

• University degree in Law. Specialization in international, commercial, corporate, or financial law will be an advantage.
• 4–5+ years of professional experience in international commercial and contract law, foreign economic activity, international tax structuring, or experience with a leading law firm.
• Hands-on experience with English-language equipment supply contracts, service agreements, and Incoterms 2020.
• Understanding of the fundamental principles of international taxation, including the concept of permanent establishment, transfer pricing, and the basics of indirect taxation.
• Experience working with external advisers, including preparing assignments and scopes of work, reviewing legal and tax memoranda, and assessing the practical applicability of proposed solutions.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, telecommunications, or commercial data center operations will be a significant advantage.
• English proficiency sufficient to independently draft and negotiate complex contracts, conduct negotiations, and handle professional business correspondence.

• A structured approach and the ability to work with complex cross-border projects involving legal, tax, operational, and financial matters.
• Strong attention to detail when working with contracts, primary financial documentation, and commercial documents.
• Ability to assess risks and strike a practical balance between legal protection and business needs.
