Legal adviser, Kyiv
Job content:
- Preparation and agreement various types of contracts;
- Assistance in the preparation of information (legislation, thematic clarifications and consultations) for providing legal opinions and advice.
- Preparing responses to requests, including the regulatory authorities.
- Preparation of instructions, regulations, draft orders.
- Representing the interests of the company in a court, law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
- Providing advice and legal opinions.
- Participation in negotiations with prospective customers.
- Monitoring of current legislation.
- Monitoring of contracts.
- Assistance and execution of orders of the head of the legal department.
Qualifications (mandatory):
- Higher legal education.
- Theoretical knowledge in all branches of law (preference - commercial law, tax law, intellectual property).
- Similar work experience at least 2 years.
Qualifications (preferable):
- Specialization: commercial law.
- Work experience in the IT field, including operations with software, foreign economic activity.
- Experience of representing the interests of the company in a court.
- Knowledge of English.
- Availability of a lawyer's certificate.
Professional competencies:
- Manage your working hours effectively.
- Ability to manage tasks and control their implementation.
- Confident user in office equipments and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), Liga Zakon.
- Skills of working with various registers (register of court decisions, SFS registers, registers of the Ministry of Justice, open registers).
- Ability to conduct business negotiations.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian.
- Literacy and accuracy in the preparation of documents.
- Ability to express and articulate your thought
