Job Description:
- Preparation and/or approval of various types of contracts.
- Assisting in the preparation of information (legislation, thematic explanations, and consultations) for providing legal opinions and consultations.
- Preparing responses to inquiries, including those from regulatory authorities.
- Drafting instructions, regulations, and orders.
- Representing the company’s interests in court, law enforcement, and regulatory authorities.
- Providing consultations and legal opinions.
- Participating in negotiations with potential clients.
- Monitoring current legislation.
- Monitoring and verifying contractors.
- Assisting and fulfilling the assignments of the Head of the Legal Department.
Mandatory Requirements for Candidates:
- Higher legal education.
- Theoretical and practical knowledge in commercial, contract, corporate, tax law, and intellectual property.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Requirements for Candidates:
- Specialization: commercial law.
- Experience in the IT sector, including software transactions and foreign economic activity.
- Experience representing company interests in court.
- Knowledge of English (considered an advantage).
- Possession of an attorney's license (considered an advantage).
- Knowledge of basic international law and working with foreign jurisdictions.
Professional Competencies:
- Effective time management and task distribution skills.
- Proficient use of office equipment and MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), LigaZakon.
- Experience working with various registers (including the Unified State Register of Court Decisions, State Tax Service Registers, and Ministry of Justice Registers).
