Job content:

• Preparation and agreement various types of contracts;
• Assistance in the preparation of information (legislation, thematic clarifications and consultations) for providing legal opinions and advice.
• Preparing responses to requests, including the regulatory authorities.
• Preparation of instructions, regulations, draft orders.
• Representing the interests of the company in a court, law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
• Providing advice and legal opinions.
• Participation in negotiations with prospective customers.
• Monitoring of current legislation.
• Monitoring of contracts.
• Assistance and execution of orders of the head of the legal department.

Qualifications (mandatory):

• Higher legal education.
• Theoretical knowledge in all branches of law (preference - commercial law, tax law, intellectual property).
• Similar work experience at least 2 years.

Qualifications (preferable):

• Specialization: commercial law.
• Work experience in the IT field, including operations with software, foreign economic activity.
• Experience of representing the interests of the company in a court.
• Knowledge of English.
• Availability of a lawyer's certificate.

Professional competencies:

• Manage your working hours effectively.
• Ability to manage tasks and control their implementation.
• Confident user in office equipments and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), Liga Zakon.
• Skills of working with various registers (register of court decisions, SFS registers, registers of the Ministry of Justice, open registers).
• Ability to conduct business negotiations.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian.
• Literacy and accuracy in the preparation of documents.
• Ability to express and articulate your thought
