Key Responsibilities

1. Monitoring public and commercial procurements
   • Manager: Confident use of electronic procurement platforms.
   • Company: Provides metrics and criteria for selecting relevant procurement notices.
2. Rapid tender analysis and reporting
   • Manager: Strong analytical and research skills to summarize key aspects of procurements.
   • Company: Provides core indicators and decision-making logic for tender assessment.
3. Evaluation of tender documentation requirements
   • Manager: Knowledge of procurement legislation; preparation of required documentation checklists.
   • Company: Provides business processes and criteria for compliance with customer requirements.
4. Preparation of tender proposals
   • Manager: Application of legislation and knowledge of the company’s service portfolio.
   • Company: Provides supporting documents, consultations with subject matter experts, and detailed service information.
5. Managing multiple projects simultaneously
   • Manager: Ability to prioritize tasks and take responsibility.
   • Company: Comfortable working conditions, modern office, and coverage of webinars, consultations, and necessary tools.
6. Routine tasks 😊
   Reports, analytical summaries, and tracking legislative updates (can't do without it!).
7. Growth-oriented functions
   Conducting reverse auctions, preparing and supporting complaints (AMCU), and developing procurement win strategies.

Professional Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in public procurement (either supplier or buyer side).
• In-depth understanding of the Law on Public Procurement and related regulations.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud services.
• Analytical skills: working with data sets, identifying patterns, drawing conclusions.
• Critical thinking and ability to apply AI tools for performance improvement.
• Higher education – preferred.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel!, Word, PowerPoint).
