Cisco virtual appliances by subscription

Starting October 15, 2019, Cisco virtual appliances will be available for commercial ordering on a monthly basis based on actual consumption. This service allows you, like any of our cloud services, to order Cisco virtual devices at any time, cancel them, change functionality packages or bandwidth both up and down, and pay only for the actual time you use the device.

The following Cisco virtual devices are included in the service catalog:

1. Cisco CSR 1000v (Cloud Services Router) is a full-featured router with security features. The date of availability for ordering is October 15, 2019.

2. Cisco ASAv (Advanced Security Appliance) is a firewall with IDS / IPS functions. The date of availability for ordering is October 15, 2019.

3. Cisco NGFWv (Next Generation Firewall) is a next-generation firewall with advanced security features. The planned date of availability for ordering is Q1 2020.

To order these services, you should use the Configurator version 10.51 or higher.
